Natalie directed the renovation and sale of our property. Starting one week before being shut down she quickly organized; power connection, tradesmen, interior decoration and conveyancing. At a distance of 100 kms from we were very impressed with the level of communication at every step and documentation was electronic and fast as well as accurate. All during COVID lockdown. Once restrictions were lifted, renovations were quickly finished and checked to comply with her high standard including decoration of interior to transform a tired but spacious unit into a glamorous apartment. We were happy with the price and have never had such a good experience with any of our seven previous property transactions over fifty years. Well done Natalie.

I interviewed 3 prospective agents to manage the sale of my St Kilda house. Zoe turned up well prepared with details of other sales to support here valuation and proposed marketing and sale plan. She didn't over-promise and then once committed try to lower my expectations. Throughout the sale process she kept me informed and achieved a great outcome. Whilst I obviously was not a potential buyer she comes across as a straight shooter that i think most buyers would appreciate dealing with.
