I recently sold my 2 bedroom unit in Elwood through Buxton Real Estate, Zoe Cherrie and Matthew Young as Agents. Zoe and Matthew were well in tune with the market giving a realistic appraisal of the possible sale opportunity. Covid 19 added an additional complexity to selling but Zoe was able to work well with the tenant in respect of getting inspections done. I was kept well informed as to potential buyers and the whole selling process was very efficient and well carried out.
