Peter's awareness of the market was astute, especially as to when to sell and regarding the preparation of the house. The campaign, accompanying descriptions and photographs, were excellent. We were always fully informed of the interest shown at inspections. Peter kept in close contact, was very approachable and eased the process for us.His auctioneering skills gave us a great result. Romana, has an unbelievable knowledge of the local property market and its history. She has an excellent recall on the properties that have sold in the area to help understand what the market price should be. She is also very good at keeping you informed of what is going on through the sale process and is very responsive to your requests. I have sold 2 properties with Romana and she did a fantastic job with both of them.
