We cannot speak highly enough of Kylie Charlton’s service, dedication, care, commitment, honesty and integrity in relation to her management of the sale of our home. Now that may appear to be that’s a lot of over the top emotional words but honestly, we could add a dozen more! She was just fabulous. Despite an extremely challenging market she never lost faith, stuck to the strategy and delivered a great result. Selling your home is one of the most stressful things you can do and during the campaign Kylie played may roles for us: agent, counsellor, motivator, manager, advisor, interior designer, surprise muffin deliverer, confidant and friend. Her positivity, support and calming energy are attributes we greatly appreciated throughout the entire process. She is very fair and realistic and we never felt we too much trouble or were pressured to make decisions. Kylie was always available if we just needed to chat and be reassured. Her communication was first class and her local knowledge and network of professional colleagues sets her apart from the rest and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.
