We were very pleased with our decision to select Kylie as the agent to sell our property. She’s great to work with, has a wealth of experience and knowledge and was extremely quick to respond on anything we needed. Most importantly she was very authentic and honest.

Everything went smoothly and communication was prompt. I've worked with a lot of agents and Kylie would be at the top of the list.

If we had only one word to describe Kylie Charlton, we would use “dynamo”! Kylie is always professional & pro-active. Her intimate knowledge of the neighbourhood made her the perfect choice to sell our apartment. Kylie’s communication throughout the process was outstanding. Her advice was always well considered & timely. At every stage of the process we felt that we were in very experienced, confident and reassuring hands. Kylie genuinely loves her work, & we thank her for all her efforts.

It is with great pleasure that we give you the highest rating for selling our house in Black Rock. From the first time we met in our kitchen till the time you put the “sold” sticker on the board in front of our house, your professionalism in real-estate was exceptional. I am pleased again to “thank you” and the sales team at Buxton for all your hard work in getting Pam and I a fair market price for our home. I would highly recommend you and the Buxton team to any potential seller or buyer.

Kylie is more than a real estate agent; we built a deeper relationship akin to a friend whom we trust implicitly. We looked at numerous properties and got to know several of the Buxton team, which led us to Kylie. From the first meeting, we felt she 'got the brief'. She was passionate about finding the right property for us and that's exactly what she did. After 2.5 hours of negotiation, lightning speed, we secured an ideal property. I see us partnering with Kylie for future property matters.

Misty is not only a friendly agent but also someone who delivers. She did an awesome job in taking our offer to the owner and finalising the deal in a few hours. She was so professional in every step of the journey during the settlement period. We couldn’t be happier with her support.

From start to finish Christian was amazing during the the sale process of our home. He was attentive, keeping me up to date and well informed at every stage of the process. I felt at ease with Christian, and welcomed him into our home instantly. He is very personable, forming trustworthy relationships with not only myself but also with the the potential buyers and final purchaser. With Christian's guidance and knowledge of the market, I could not have asked for a better experience.
