I've had the opportunity to work with Peter in both selling and buying my home more than a few times. I found Scott very informative about current market trends around my area to give me an idea of the value of houses in my suburb. He had a wide scope of knowledge to what buyers were looking for as to their particular needs and situation. He gave me valuable advice of how to set things up in my house to make it appealing as possible for potential buyers. Also Scott was very accurate about the value and worth of my property so my expectations were more in line realistically.
