After consideration from other agents I chose Richard as he knew the market very well, he is a straight shooter he will tell you how it is and what to expect and always open and honest with his conversations. Great result on my place and well done Richard.

I've had the opportunity to work with Peter in both selling and buying my home more than a few times. He spends the time to explain and helps clients (buyer/seller) to achieve their goals in pricing and have been amazing at providing sound advise when needed. He is trustworthy and diligent in his approach which makes the whole process less stressful being that buying or selling house is one of the most stressful life event. I would recommend Peter to anyone who's looking to sell their home as he will help guide clients towards a successful sale.

Thank you Romana Altman from Buxton Sandringham with the sale of our family home in Beaumaris where we had lived for 60-years. Right from the first contact I knew I was working with an agent who was professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent advice to ensure that the property was fashionably presented and sought after. The advertising was undertaken in a manner that fostered high levels of buyer interest and Romana and Louise Herterich worked with many interested parties to ensure that there was strong and spirited bidding on Auction Day. I was very comfortable throughout the sale process as I knew that there would be a great outcome, settlement would be on time and with a great result for myself and the buyer! Thank you Romana, Louise and Buxton Sandringham for a great relationship and I have no hesitation in recommending them for the sale of anyone’s property.

I engaged Kylie to sell my property based on recommendations from others who had dealt with her, and was impressed from the first interaction. She was professional, commercial and had a strong market knowledge of the area. She provided regular, in-depth updates along with supporting market data, so it was a completely transparent process. Kylie was readily available to answer any questions I had and provided some great referrals throughout the campaign. I would highly recommend Kylie.

At all times Peter was professional, realistic and knowledgeable about the current market and all matters involved in selling our house. We quickly relied on his expertise on a variety of issues and he was available immediately to answer questions whenever needed. His communication skills are outstanding and while he worked hard to to complete the sale of our house, we were also impressed with the honesty and integrity he displayed when interacting with potential buyers. His matter of fact manner and the care shown to us, was a breath of fresh air and he is a person you can trust. Feedback from Openings occurred as soon as the Opening was completed. His passion for real estate is evident and we would thoroughly recommend Peter to anyone in the market of buying or selling a property.

Grab Property Group has been buying and selling properties of Pete for over 13 years. He is still professional, optimistic and always confident no matter what the market is doing and his knowledge of the bayside area in-particular Sandringham where we both live is second too none. As always I look forward to buying and selling of Pete in the future.

Peter was very good to deal with and we found him to be knowledgeable, professional and proactive. He gave us great advice at the outset and regularly gave us feedback along the way. We were very happy with the outcome and are grateful for the work he did for us. Several people I know have also used Peter's services and had a similar positive experience.
