Richard was not your typical 'pushy' agent when we arrived at the first Open. He was informative without being overbearing. I think he worked hard to get the best price for the seller, so I would have to commend him on that, but that did mean we had to stretch further than we wanted. I would definitely recommend him to any seller and he was a pleasure to interact with as a buyer.

I recently purchased a property which Louise was managing in Black Rock and she definitely stood out as one of the more honest and reliable agents I came across in the Bayside Melbourne area. Louise was incredibly hard working, particularly in the lead up to the auction as I needed clarification on aspects of the contract of sale which she diligently followed up. Adam, was the agent we originally bought our property from. He kept in regular touch over the years, and well and truly earnt his right to be the agent we chose to sell through when it came to list again. After that however he went a step above, complete class all the way, with constant HONEST communication and genuine feedback and price guiding.
