It's a great pleasure to describe the exceptional service we received from Romana Altman during the sale of our property at 19 Coronet Grove. However, to put our comments in some relative context, it's appropriate to know that my husband and I have bought, renovated and sold many properties in the Bayside area over the past twenty five years. Romana is an attractive woman who has an immediately warm, engaging personality that is sincere, down to earth and very approachable. At our first meeting before Romana was engaged as our agent she presented at our house with extensive research about the history of our property as well as the sales profiles of other properties from our street and the surrounding area that had recently sold. Romana's twenty year experience in property sales was evident from the depth of her market knowledge and this gave us great confidence in her abilities to sell our house for the best return.
It's important to know that Romana was extremely honest in her appraisal of our property. She did not inflate the situation to infer a result that could not be known. Rather she presented the facts, evaluated our house and then most importantly and I can't overstate this point, she then began a highly proactive campaign to ensure that all possible buyers from her data base, those who had been unsuccessful buyers from other campaigns and all interested persons from the inspections were followed with friendliness, professionalism yet determination if they had indicated interest in our property.
