We were so happy to have appointed Romana Altman and her team to sell our home of ten years in Beaumaris. Her professionalism, thorough market knowledge and excellent communication and networking skills were clear and present at all times throughout our campaign. More importantly Romana oozes integrity and is a genuine 'straight shooter'. She had very helpful advice with preparing the house for sale, including referrals for reliable local tradespeople, and nothing was too much trouble for her. Judging by the amount of prospective buyers we had through our open for inspections, her marketing advice was spot on also. We were well informed with weekly updated buyer reports and found her to be accountable and reliable with excellent negotiating skills. Thanks to Romana we were thrilled to be able to sell before auction. Brilliant result. We have no hesitation recommending Romana to anybody (seller or buyer)! 5 stars all round! After our experience with her, we wouldn't use anyone else!

Romana has mastered the art of selling the pen . In case you don't know what that means it's all about finding out what a person wants from a pen , connecting with the person and what they want before you try to sell them something that they may not want . We had exposure to Christian when we originally purchased our property as Christian was representing the vendor. When it came for us to sell, we “tested the market” and then selected Christian to represent us with the sale.
