Louise is a lovely very energetic and efficient part of the Buxton duo, working along side Christian Hegarty. Louise certainly knows how to keep everything in check and makes sure she crosses her T's and dots her I's. It is without hesitation I would recommend Louise and the agent she represents. It's worth mentioning the only reason I gave four stars regarding negotiation and market knowledge is that Louise had that covered by Christian, therefore it's hard to rate those categories. I would highly recommend both Christian Hegarty and Buxton Real Estate Sandringham. Right from the first meeting discussing appraisal and marketing approach right through the campaign and particularly auction day, the open and honest communication was first class and the professionalism exactly what we were looking for. The auction result was almost spot on with the initial appraisal. I always understood clearly the level of interest the property was attracting through the campaign. And auction day was tremendous as Christian through his auctioneering skills was able to achieve the result we were seeking by maintaining interest from a number of parties right until sale. We couldn't have asked for more from Christian or Buxton.

I found Richard to be professional at all times. He appeared to always have my best interest at heart. The negotiation period at time of sale whilst stressful for me, I believe he took on my need for sticking to what my requirements were. The outcome was excellent at above the figure I had negotiated. He has an honest approach at all times. I would be happy to recommend Richard to sell your house on your behalf. However, go for a "Sale before Auction" - there will be less stress.
