I had done an online investigate of realtor in general and had an idea of what the span of commissions were at that time. I came to Peter Hickey due to a recommendation by my neighbor and my financial adviser. When I ask Peter about his commission, he responded that I could get a lower commission percentage from others, but if I wanted someone who knows the local market and are good at what they do, then he would be the one to go with. Confident. You bet, and with good reason. He did exactly what he said he would do, and his estimate for other costs was with in $3.00. He did a lot of hand holding with me. Peter has always kept us up to date on the market over the years we have known, so when it came time to sell the decision was easy on who to choose. The decision was the right one. We set a dream price that we wanted to achieve and Peter didn't bat an eyelid in trying to achieve that price.
