He handled the hole process wonderfully, with a professional manner from start to end. Peter used his experience, local knowledge and hard working attitude to obtain us with the best result. If i find myself in the position again that i require to sell a home in the residential area that Peter works not only would i list it with Buxton i would demand Peter be the be the Sales Consultant. When I was faced with the need to sell my house, and having had little experience with the sale of realestate, I was also faced with the need to select a Realestate Agent. I knew that a friend, George, had sold his house, and had purchased a block of land, on which he had recently built a lovely new house. Hearing of my quandary, George suggested that I consider asking Buxton Realestate Agent, Peter Hickey, to sell my house. After meeting with Peter, and spending some time considering concerning experiences with a few other Agents, I decided to meet Peter, with George, at the Sandringham Offices of Buxton, where Peter laid out his strategy for marketing my house. While it sounded quite optimistic, Peter assured us that this strategy was sound, and he successfully dealt with a few concerns that we raised. At this time, I decided to go with Peter, and have been very happy that I made this choice. Peter successfully sold my house at Auction, with the assistance of his very competent Auctioneer, Mark, for a figure that far exceeded my highest expectations. I am very happy to say that the Sale proceeded as Peter expected, and there have been no post-Auction problems.
