From our very first meeting Cina was highly professional, competent and believable. His insight into the market was precise and uncomplicated. His tips for selling our house were instrumental to our successful sale. When the sale looked a little on shaky ground Cina was able to motivate the ultimate purchaser to move towards our target price. We had interviewed several prospective agents and Cina definitely stood way out from the pack. I cannot recommend him and his team high enough. We would definitely use his and C Realty's services again. The whole C Realty team made our selling experience easy with their eye to detail and excellent communication.

Working with Cina to sell my home was a fantastic experience. Even before I engaged him for the sale, he was incredibly generous with his time, keeping me consistently updated on the Karrinyup market for a few years. Once I finally decided to sell, he sprang into action. The listing was live within a day, and we accepted a great offer a couple of weeks later following our very first home open. You can tell Cina genuinely cares about getting the absolute best result for you, not just a quick commission. He managed everything perfectly from start to finish, and I am so grateful for his hard work!

We recently purchased a property through Cina from C Realty, and I couldn't be happier with how smooth the whole process was. From start to finish, Cina was professional, polite, friendly and genuinely easy to deal with. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I really appreciated his honest and down-to-earth approach. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cina and C Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thanks again, Cina. We appreciate all your help and look forward to working with you again in the future.

Cina lived up to his recent award winning title as Karrinyup sales agent of the year. We achieved a record sales price for our street. He kept us informed throughout the process of all home openings and interested parties. Multiple offers achieved and pushed for the best outcome. I do encourage others looking at selling to give Cina an opportunity as picking the correct agent can be overwhelming but he definitely put our mind at ease with educating and communicating with us throughout the process. Can't thanyou enough Cina, just a great bloke.

My husband and I first dealt with Cina around two years ago when I made an offer on a property, and his service clearly left a lasting impression because when it came time to sell my own property, we tracked him down specifically to work with him again. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, with clear and honest information every step of the way. Everything was handled efficiently with a quick turnaround, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Most importantly, he achieved a great outcome with the sale. I’d highly recommend Cina to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and results-driven real estate agent.
