Cina was brilliant to deal with! He was fast with his work and had a great knowledge of the realestate market. He clearly had a good network of buyers and got the sale at top asking price. Cina kept us up to date with the progress of the sale and was very informative with the whole process. We would highly recommend him.

We have dealt with Cina previously as a seller so when we saw he was the agent for this house we wanted to buy we were pleased. He is very helpful, knowledgeable about the area and does his research so he was easily able to answer any questions we had. He made the buying process smooth and guided us through a stress free process yet again. Thanks Cina!

Cina was absolutely fantastic, he has integrity and was open and honest throughout the process of selling our home. Cina's excellent communication skills kept us informed and updated which we were very grateful for. Cina is very professional and knowledgeable, he could always answer our questions and provide accurate information. We had been in our home for 32 years and we found it emotionally difficult to leave after so long. Cina was supportive and very kind during this time and made the process of selling so much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend Cina to anyone hoping to sell their home, I will be recommending him to my friends and family too.

Cina has been a dream to work with, supporting all my concerns and giving me such informed feedback along the entire process. As it was my first home purchase I was very unsure of the procedures and he made it so easy. Felt so taken care of, with constant follow ups and taking the time to really help me understand the details. Incredible first experience.
