We met Cina by chance at a home open towards the end of 2024 when we were starting to look at selling & buying. Instantly we knew we wanted him to represent the sale of our house. The way he engages with potential buyers, his professionalism and communication style, this is the agent you want representing you! He managed to secure an offer on our house, above our expectations after the first home open. We could not recommend him enough, brilliant real estate agent.

I bought a house through Cina at C Realty and he was awesome to deal with. He was transparent the whole way through, which made me feel confident and comfortable with the process. I really appreciated that he didn’t treat me like just another sale. He genuinely cared about doing the right thing for all parties. Super helpful, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. I’d definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Cina went over and above even to the stage of being a mediator you’ve done a great job to sell the properties

Cina went above and beyond with selling our property, his communication was exceptional and made the process easy from start to finish. He gave advice to improve our property from a marketing perspective and he achieved over our expectations. We were impressed and highly recommend Cina and his team. He worked hard for all involved to get an outcome in a short time frame. He ensured he marketed to a high standard and provided clear statistics on potential buyers which was easy to understand. He wasn’t one of the more familiar named agents in our area but we believe after seeing five agents our choice to go with Cina got us the best outcome. Thank you so much

Cina and the team were fantastic on our sale. Took no time to sell, as soon as it hit the market, the drone was the best view of the property and helped the sale.

Thanks to their smart marketing strategy, strong network, and expert negotiation skills, my property sold in just 3 days — and at a fantastic price which exceeded expectations!
