Cina provided very sound advice for the marketing strategy of the property and assisted in the locating of the right tradespeople to do even simple tasks such as cleaning windows. The arrangements for marketing were made with great efficiency and the property was online with all the required photos and details in no time! Post the home opens (we only had 2) he was quick to call and provide a full update of how the showing went and what the response to the views were.
