Friendly, Available and Honest Agent

We recently bought a property through David. As he was the seller's agent, we didn’t expect to receive such incredible customer service from him. He was always available for our many questions, whether by text or phone call. We were also flying from Sydney, and he was very accommodating in finding a time and date that worked for us when we came to Cairns. He made the whole process super easy and smooth. We were so happy with David that we decided to use his agency to manage our property investment as well.

David was a great go between with us and the sellers. any requests for details on various aspects of the house and location and any body corporate requirements were dealt with on a very professional basis. David kept us up to date with all aspects of the purchase of our house. He coordinated repairs identified in the pest & building report My wife and I were very happy with his professionalism.
