Luke was professional while being extremely helpful and friendly from the start of our sale right through to the end. We had one open house and he negotiated multiple offers and got us the best deal in the end. We would absolutely recommend him if you are selling (in fact we already have).

We were very happy with Luke, he handled all of our questions quickly and was very easy to deal with from start to finish.

We moved away from Cairns years ago and having Luke to assist with the small things that come up when selling a home was very helpful. Luke regularly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smooth. He provided his honest opinion about the property and presented offers and best of all, we got the price we wanted. We've sold several properties previously and Luke stands out as someone we would want to be working with again.

We recently purchased our first home through Cairns Beaches Realty. As first home buyers it was a daunting task, yet David was always available and happy to answer all of our questions. He was professional, friendly, communicated effectively providing the information needed and got back to us promptly. I would highly recommend David at Cairns Beaches Realty, he went above and beyond to meet our needs through the process. Thanks David! Jade & Osman

David understood my remit and found the ideal property for me. It wasn't the smoothest transaction but throughout he remained calm and professional and accessible which is the most important. In the following days he spent time to assist me with the transition (as there was no handover) which was greatly appreciated.

Throughout the process he kept us informed of progress of the transaction and also had only genuine buyers thru the property which was appreciated. Selling a property at times can be stressful but his agency no fuss approach was most appreciated by both of us, and we would not hesitate in buying or selling thru David again.

David was a pleasure to deal with from the first inspection, loads of knowledge on the area and suburb, and helped make the purchase a simple process. Most importantly easy to communicate with and not pushy which I’ve found with other agents.

It was such a fabulous experience having Chris as an agent. Her knowledge of the local market was amazing, her appraisal was spot on and her professionalism was extraordinary. Chris had a database of people waiting and she produced what she promised. She kept me informed of everything happening. Chris was so helpful and lovely to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wishing to list in the Cairns region.
