This is our second house we have purchased with the help of David Jaunzems & his team from Cairns Beaches Realty. David listened to what we were looking for & was quick to respond with possible listing's, pointing out pro's & con's of the house & area. The process from looking to owning the house was uneventful. We now have Cairns Beaches Reality looking after our long term rentals. We cannot thank David enough.

I am a conveyancer and deal with agents and property transactions daily, and my recent personal purchase with Chris was exceptional. Negotiations were smooth and reasonable, and Chris was responsive, but not pushy. I would use Chris again for a sale or purchase, and will also be recommending her to my clients for a smooth transaction. Thank you, Chris. Wishing you the best for 2025.
