Here Juliette organically grew an enviable property management portfolio and managed a large Sales and Property Management team over two strategic offices, in Cairns City and North Cairns. Commencing my career in Real Estate in 2001, I became fully licensed agent in 2005 after having developed a strong bond with everything Real Estate from working in Sales for 14 years and then migrating across to Property Management. As a Landlord myself and having been a tenant, I have a strong understanding of what it is like to be on both sides of the fence and appreciate what all parties are experiencing and expect. With a strong work ethic and the proven delivery of exceptional customer service and with an abundance of energy, I am here to help relieve the stress of renting out your home. Having a good rapport with both my tenants, landlords and tradesman is the key to success in this fast paced, ever changing industry, gives me the ability to negotiate with all parties to achieve the best outcome. On my down time I like to unwind with great friends, family, food and loads of fun, exploring new places and being a bit of a daredevil.
