Thank you all of your team for the amazing job you did by selling my house. It has been a problem for me I have been waiting for a sale for 3 years with another Realestae agent. Shane and his team did an amazing job in reletivly no time at all he had a solid contract within days of listing with Shane and his team. After waiting so long with my house being listed for 3 years I was worried about my house being stale on the market. But that was no chalange for Shane and his team they had people through there in no time. He came to my work and signed the contract with me he eaven came to my office to sign help me sign the contract !!! The first contract fell over due to buyers conditions but once again that was no problem for Shane and his team to my supprise he had another solid contract on my desk within 2 days after the first one fell over. In utter amazement. I ended up selling on the second time. I would recommend using Shane and his team for selling your house if you want an agent to get you the right price and get the job done great job and thanks for the great job you have done. Shane was very organised and realistic; he made it very clear to us where we stood within the market place and gave many good examples; a few tweaks here and there without over capitalising and we sold after our first open house. My wife and I were very impressed with his honest approach and we felt no pressure to accept anything less than what we'd hoped for. very satisfied, thank you Shane.
