Sold in a week
Mohammed was very easy to talk to and was able to negotiate a fee for his service I had him come by to have a final look before my home was put on the market in late November did make a comment that he would have it sold by Christmas thought he was joking or hopeful sold $10000 over the guide price If I ever sell again in the area I would use him again without second thoughts

The most honest, clear and professional agent I’ve ever met and I have met many.
Mohamed is by far the most honest, upfront, organised and professional agent I have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable and also clear about expectations and current market state. I didn’t feel like I was being sold another story by another agent about what my options were. I never had to follow up or chase him for anything from start to finish. If I ever had to sell or buy again I would 100% be contacting him for assistance or advice on where to go if he were unable to help me.
