Mohammed is a great person not just a good salesman. Mine was a sale of necessity more than choice so i was not looking forward to the experience however i had the good fortune of having Mohammed as my rep/agent and he made it a whole lot easier an experience than i expected. He was knowledgable, upto date on happenings in the market specific to my area and the figures we discussed were pretty much spot on, (although he actually managed to get a little more than i thought he would.) I have spoken with former neighbours who told me the buyers are happy with the price paid and feel they paid a fair price which to me reflects well on Mohammed being able to broker a deal which ended with both sides happy with the result. I consider Mohammed as a friend and would absolutely recommend him to anyone in relation to realestate regardless of whether they are buying or selling. He is a easy going, professional, honest and likeable person who speaks truethfully and honestly as opposed to saying what you want to hear.
