Reliable and honest.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Mohammed for the sale of my current home and the purchase of my new home. He was such a delight to work with, and made what is usually a stressful time much easier. He is reliable and genuinely caring, making your dealing less like an agent/client and more like family. The sale of my home exceeded our expectations and after aimlessly searching for a new home, Mohammed came to my assistance and found a home that ticked all my boxes. I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond for me and I highly recommend him as an agent to all.

An exceptional agent

Professional yet personal service
We have spoken to a lot of agents in the past 18 months but Mohammed stood out and a genuine one. Mo showed interest in our needs as his clients and was honest around pricing when selling our home. He wasn't there to make false promises; he was open and provided his time to assist with any questions we had as well as providing advice early on as how to present our home best for the sale. We thank him for making our sale as smooth and quick as possible.

BEST IN THE WEST
Mohammed was recommended 14 years ago, as a young Lad starting his career in Real Estate when our need to sell our Mother's home in Nth Sunshine was necessary. He showed immense knowledge and ability to achieve in his career which helped in seeking an Agent second time round. We did not hesitate in allowing him to go ahead with our recent sale, knowing we could discuss up front in an honest straight forward manner, all questions and concerns were answered. He has excellent current knowledge of the Market and is extremely motivated in a professional way. Again he did not disappoint us and sold our house in 4 days post Covid 2020, at an unexpected top price . We have no hesitation in recommending Mohammed to all wanting the best for their Sale.
