I started looking at a property with a different agent but wasn’t satisfied with their communication or the accuracy of information they were giving. I called Caroline and asked if I could work with her instead. She sorted everything and provided further information as requested. I am very happy with my purchase and with the level of service provided by Caroline.

We express our utter gratitude to Jimmy Wheeler for selling our property. When you say above and beyond, that is exactly what he did every opportunity for a sale was fully explored. We had total confidence in his ability and honesty, secured a sale price above our expectations. Could not recommend Jimmy or his fellow agent , Ellie Hiscoe who assisted in the sale, highly enough.

Caroline sold our Townhouse at a challenging time in the market for sellers, with interest rates increasing month after month. She kept us informed of every step and every potential buyer along with providing some measured advice around market movements and trends. We didn’t feel any pressure to conform to pricing recommendations. She worked closely with our tenants to ensure they also were looked after throughout the process. Aside from a couple of back office marketing glitches, the process was smooth and calm. I would definitely recommend Caroline as a quality realtor on the Coast.

We have been looking for just the "right" home in Pelican Waters for over two years. And just by chance a property was just released By Caloundra City Reality , by Jimmy Wheeler . Now this was on a Saturday , but Jimmy was able to arrange an inspection that afternoon ,this was our Sea Change Home. Jimmy was highly professional & at the same time has a wonderful sense of humour that puts buyers as ease. He goes above & beyond to ensure the sale was successful & us as Buyers were happy with the negotiations & settlement & I am sure he would have provided the same service to the Seller. Highly recommended ,, Many Thanks Jimmy for a job very well done.
