We had the pleasure of Jimmy to sell our home, and from start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Jimmy was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority, no matter what time of day. At each step in the whole process, Jimmy came through with their commitment to excellence. His negotiation skills were first-rate. Amazing Team at Caloundra City Realty
Jimmy Wheeler is very professional, has incredible market knowledge, is a great communicator, replies to queries in a very timely manner and has a wonderful disposition. He and his very able assistant Linda Smith worked tirelessly to sell our home and did so in 3 weeks. Jimmy and Linda followed up on all persons who attended our open homes and always advised promptly on any feedback. Caroline was very knowledgeable about the Aura Community
It was our first time exploring Sunshine Coast to purchase a new property which suits the family. We are from Melbourne. Caroline was very friendly and keen to take us around in her car to Baringa, Narimba and Banya. She picked us up from our hotel in Caloundra and dropped us too. Caroline took her time to know us and showed us the property we were interested in at Baringa. Caroline also informed us about all the new developments happening in the Aura Community. She did everything well and was very good in communicating with us when we arrived in Melbourne. We bought the property in Baringa and so far everything is running smoothly and she always kept in touch. I will highly recommend Caroline as your Real Estate Agent.
