Had a great experience and also some disappointing times not due to Jimmy and his Team’s fault . During the hard times Jimmy and Wayne Thompson were so caring, professional and never gave up with selling my property. I was always involved in decisions on what was the best way to go to reach a sale, honesty is a huge part of Jimmy and his Team. Property comparisons were always spoken about. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Jimmy, Wayne and other Staff. They were all very respectful of myself and my Daughter, Sharelle. Lovely human beings.

We recently bought our first home facilitated by Caroline at Caloundra City Realty. She is incredibly professional, communicative, down to earth and brilliant to work with. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking to sell your house and will strongly consider her if I’m ever doing so. Thank you so much for everything Caroline!

Caroline went above and beyond to help us secure a property in what turned into quite a long and challenging negotiation. We can't thank her enough for always keeping us informed, sharing her honest opinion, and using a lot of creative problem solving to strike a balance between seller and buyer requirements. I hope her sellers know how lucky they are to have her! We would definitely recommend Caroline.

I would genuinely recommend Jimmy to anyone that is researching to find the right Agent to sell their home. Prior to placing my home on the market, I phoned Jimmy quite a few times, over quite a few months to gauge the current market. Even though I hadn't yet signed up with CCR, it was never a bother for Jimmy to provide advice. Finally my home was up for sale and Jimmy continued with the same enthusiasm, great advice and was very professional and respectful. This behavior continued right through to the hassle free sale. I would highly recommend Jimmy and the CCR team as very professional and respectful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jimmy as my real estate agent, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with his services. From the initial consultation, he made it clear that he was willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences and took the time to explain the entire home buying process to me in a manner that was easy to understand. Jimmy also took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns that I had. Throughout the entire process, he was always available to communicate with me via phone, email, or text message. I am grateful for his services and will definitely be using Jimmy again in the future.

He was professional but friendly and took an impressive interest in my real estate journey beyond the basics of dollars and cents. I would definitely recommend him to anyone selling real estate in the Caloundra area.
