Cara and her office were very good to deal with. They were well organised and marketed the property well. While we were happy with the sale price it was probably a bit under what the discussions had been. From experience selling other properties we felt a bit more effort could of gone into achieving a slightly higher amount for this one, the agent seemed keen just to sell it and go with a near enough is good enough approach. Part of that may have been us being interstate and being a bit removed from property.

Not only did Cara help us sell our house quickly, her communication with the process helped us understand what was going on throughout it. Her expertise and determination got us an amazing result on the house when other agents told us ‘the market is dropping’.
