Over the years, we've discovered that it's never easy selecting an agent, and we haven't always got it right. In the case of the sale of our 2/2/1 Everton Park unit, we got it right - Cara and her team were excellent. Communication to/from an agent is always important. The communication level to/from Cara was perfect. The plan for marketing and OFIs was clear and execution was exactly what we wanted. We received calls from Cara herself within 5 minutes of end of OFIs. Let's not forget the broader "Team Cara". The support team were also excellent, from admin to contracts to photography etc. We staged our property well but were still stunned how quickly Cara managed to find the right buyer at a price that pleased us greatly.
