Over the years, we've discovered that it's never easy selecting an agent, and we haven't always got it right. In the case of the sale of our 2/2/1 Everton Park unit, we got it right - Cara and her team were excellent. Communication to/from an agent is always important. The communication level to/from Cara was perfect. The plan for marketing and OFIs was clear and execution was exactly what we wanted. We received calls from Cara herself within 5 minutes of end of OFIs. Let's not forget the broader "Team Cara". The support team were also excellent, from admin to contracts to photography etc. We staged our property well but were still stunned how quickly Cara managed to find the right buyer at a price that pleased us greatly. In four calendar days and 3 opens we had a contract with excellent conditions. :) Go with Cara - you won't be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of working with Cara and her team throughout the sale of my property. As a first time seller they assisted me with preparing for sale, staging my property in preparation oh professional photographs and preparing for those ever important open homes. They have an eye for detail, a finesse in the smaller details, including how to maximise the usage of existing furniture when owner occupied. It you get the opportunity, I can not recommend Sam Bowkett enough, her communication, encouragement and support was incredible. If you are looking for an agent and team you can rely on, then call Cara! I will admit, I loved the few structure and top sale price incentive.
