A Truly Positive Experience

Does Cara ever sleep?
We sold our Eatons Hill house while living interstate, so needed an agent who could take charge and take responsibility. Cara inspired confidence that she could do both, and she and her team delivered. Her advice was always spot on: value estimate, unique selling points and improvements to be made that would increase value without overspending. Crucially for us as remote sellers, Cara’s team oversaw all improvements and handled all the necessary permits and paperwork needed to effect a sale. Communication with us was so frequent that we didn’t ever feel at a distance and any query was answered immediately. (Does Cara ever sleep?) We sold within a few weeks in a declining market and couldn’t be happier with the result. Cara’s expertise, optimism and attention to detail, together with her supportive and talented team, made a great outcome feel inevitable the whole way through the process. Thank you Cara.
