Sale was smooth, Had to ask a few times to get information from the previous owners about where the flooring was from and 1 condition was not met. Asked for a thorough Professional bond clean, nothing was done except for surface benches and floors mopped. all of this has delayed my move in time unfortunately. I work 7 days a week and this is my first home purchase so this has been incredibly overwhelming.
