Our property sold which was the expectation.
The agent came out of the blocks strongly wanting the property, which was great, told us that they were a no b2llsh8t guy and we'll deal with him from start to finish... ( FANTASTIC what more can you ask for ) advertising of the property couldn't be faulted, property went on the market quickly which was amazing. Where things started to disappoint was after the first offer and were told that's the best you'll get so I'd strongly suggest you think about.. Sure you know the market we'll be guided by your opinion to later on find out there was another party extremely interested in the property for a cash sale, who had been in contact 3 times with the real estate and left messages and received not one phone call back. ( disappointed is an understatement) The property took almost two weeks for contracts to be signed which were only signed after communication was made that it'll go back on the market if they weren't signed by x time the next day. ( Should have chased this up? ) Once the papers were signed all other communication was made by an employee of the real estate team which originally we were told would not be the case. Overall the property sold and that chapter has closed would I use this real estate again and suggest it to others most likely not.

Our land sold!
We dealt with Peter Cardamone on the sale of a small block of land we had. We knew the land would take a while to sell due to its size and the fact there was an abundance of better sized, ready to sell land available. Peter persevered with it and kept us updated regularly. Everything he said he was going to do he did which ended in a sale and a 14 day settlement. We highly recommend Peter and his CRE team as they always get the results (they have previously sold two other properties for us in record time).

Peter advised us on the price he thought he would be able to sell our house for and he was spot on.
