Carole was knowledgeable on the market right from the start. Carole knew the photos required and the correct wording to place on the advertisement to ensure that we captured the market to gain the best price for our property. Carole was always available for any queries and responded in a very timely manner providing a great explanation on the query. Carole was very pleasant to deal with and would recommend her again for anyone who asks.

Carole helped us with one of the most important and life changing decisions we made. Selling our home after six years was an emotional experience for myself in particular. Carole offered sound advice every step of the way, being extremely knowledgeable of the market and how best to advertise our home. She makes you feel comfortable with her friendly approach and ease. Our home was sold over one weekend! We highly recommend Carole for all your real estate needs. It’s been an absolute pleasure.

I could not talk any higher of the total overall experience In all of my interactions with Carole. If I could give a 100 star score I would. I work in sales myself and for a company that prides themselves on customer service first and foremost so to experience the highest level from Carole and her team was such a pleasure. Thankyou Carole for everything you did for Raquel and I. Look forward to more dealings in the future :)

Dan’s patience and well rounded approach with various different strategies was fantastic to work with. His ability to provide options and advice and develop a relationship over a long period due to subdivision options was hugely appreciated and I’m grateful for his guidance. Would absolutely recommend.

She patiently spent time to understand my need, then using her knowledge, extensive experience and skills found the best deal for the sale of my home, in a tough market. She kept me constantly informed during the process even replying to my emails and phone calls, after-hours and on weekends! She is very friendly and excellent where communication is concerned. Carole has excellent communication and social skills. She has a depth of knowledge and a great understanding of the market. She also kept us well informed at all times, listened and took onboard our feedback. This will be the 3rd property she has sold for us and our family and will definitely be our agent of choice for all future dealings.
