I changed agents and went with Dan Maccora with no initial reason other than that he was local. From the first meet his communication and availability at any time was second to none. He went out of his way to provide me with anything needed and went beyond on a number of occasions which I had never experienced with an agent before. Being involved in the industry with property I have now found an agent that I will use for all future projects/properties. I found Carole on a search engine and when I submitted my info she replied immediately and all through the sale of our house she was always available. I found her to be friendly and had a great knowledge of the local market. She worked well with us even when we ran into issues after our tenants moved out and left damage so what should have been a quick sell took a bit longer however she managed to get us the price we wanted.
