Very personable and extremely thoughtful nature made the sale if our house stress free. Even when there was a hiccup with the settlement process ( not at our end) Dan was quick to keep us informed of any changes. Would definitely choose Dan again.

Dan was excellent to work with. His advice on the current market and how to best advertise our property was spot on. He even gave us tips on minor works to complete around the property that will make the house more desirable to buyers. He was very responsive and professional at all times, we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Carole was open and honest with with us whilst purchasing our home. She took into consideration our needs and helped us find the perfect place. When it came to settlement, she went above and beyond to make the day as least stressful as possible, even though it was a military operation to get everyone into their new houses and and out of their old! Thank you, Carole! We hope to have the opportunity to use your services in future, until then we highly recommend you to everyone!

I was impressed with Carole's fresh, open and honest approach to the planning and conduct of the sale of my property. What set her apart from the rest was the integrity evident in her word and deed, and this instilled confidence that the sale would proceed to settlement without problems and in a timely manner. She was proactive and supportive throughout the whole process and most attentive to any question of concern I raised. Carole and her team are most definitely the right choice.

Throughout our entire buying process Dan was amazing at communication, patient, helpful and went above and beyond multiple times. Our settlement wasn’t exactly smooth because of banks and Dan did everything possible to assist and keep communication open between the sellers and us. We are already recommending Dan to everyone we know!

We discussed the sale of our property with a few agents, Carole was confident and positive from the start. We needed someone that we felt would do the best in our behalf as we live interstate and could not be there through the process. Carole made us feel 100% at ease. She sold our property through her contacts in the first home open, professional and knowledgeable we felt very happy with her service. Would highly recommend Carole and her team.

When I reluctantly agreed to sell our house, I knew I didn't want to deal with "pushy" sales prople. For me I wanted a person who was invested in achieving the best result possible. I first met Carole & instantly felt that she was approachable and most knowledgeable about her industry. Carole provided me with the best advice on how to move forward with the selling process and after a few other appraisals gave her the OK to sell. From that first meeting she has made constructive suggesttionson how to market, kept me informed of the results of each home open, and most importantly achieved the result I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and throughout the whole process was happy with my choice of agent - as a seller you need to have a great understanding/relationship with the agent selling your home and with Carole, I certainly got that!
