My 90 year old Father met Carole a year ago after he had returned from a hospital visit. He decided he had better start looking at finding a smaller home which was easier for him and my Mum to manage. I think he interviewed every real estate agent he could. Carole has become like a family member to my parents. When it was time to sell their home my Dad said “I’m giving Carole a ring”. This is not such an easy task, considering my Father is practically deaf. Carole has gone so far out of her way to communicate with my parents, due to their age it’s difficult. Calling in on them every step of the way, making them feel comfortable and up to date. When I met Carole, I felt exactly the same way. Carole said leave it with me, I will talk to you soon. The next time we talked the house was already under offer - I could not believe it was physically possible to achieve this so fast. No time to even get a for sale sign up.
