Carole handled the sale of this property competently. Being on the other side of the country things were quite difficult getting the property ready for sale and I initially thought I would have to be on site to get everything done, but Carole managed everything in her stride, getting quality tradesmen in to fix a number of problems, usually at very reasonable cost. She certainly saved me a trip from East to West. Her recommendations on price were realistic and when the first buyer had to drop out for lack of finance, she was able to line up another quickly at only a slightly reduced offer price which was accepted and went through. My only minor criticisms were that I felt she should have been pro-active in preventing the services from being cut at a crucial stage in the sale. This caused unnecessary angst and came at a cost of having to get reconnections done just before the sale went through.

We had the opportunity to get to know Carole for a while before purchasing our second (forever) family home. Carole was always welcoming to our family as we went through many of her home opens, and in a way I feel this benefitted us when it came to the crunch of this important purchase. She had gone out of her way to establish a relationship with us, leading up to Kingsley, and kept us updated on the market via emails and texts. This ensured we had plenty of trust in her business and her role as a real estate agent, when it came to buying one of her listed properties. This purchase was of utmost importance to us, as it would be our family home for the next 25 years and we had a lot of requirements to fulfil such as school catchment and that all so important 'heart' feeling. My husband and I can't describe how wonderful it felt when we walked through the home in Kingsley, all those years of searching and Carole's never ending patience with us had finally paid off.
