Dan was an absolute pleasure to deal with, was not a usual buy/sell as there was a third party involved which made things awkward, however Dan kept everyone and everything in order and informed us with everything we needed to know. Never felt uncomfortable or unaware of what was needed as Dan helped us along the way. Buying your first home can be pretty daunting so we’re thankful Dan was there to help, couldn’t recommend him enough. Great work!

Even before we listed, Carole gave us great advice about how best to expend our limited time, skills and money in preparing our house for sale, was supportive about our options and and once we decided to sell launched an intensive campaign which resulted in an accepted offer within 3 weeks.
