We are extremely happy with the services provided by Dan. He is honest, hardworking and consistent in his efforts. Dan worked relentlessly on promoting our property to potential buyers and succeeded in selling it even though the market conditions were less than optimal for us. Communication was very good throughout the process. Dan had a clear strategy and plan customised for our property based on the type of the house, potential buyer demography and the state of the property market. This really separates him from some other agents who have a single game plan - put up adds and show up for the house openings hoping for the sale. We are not paying for that. Go Dan!
