When we decided to sell our property in Perth ( August 2017) the market was very slow and we knew we needed some serious help. I did my research with a variety of agents in the Perth metropolitan area. As we live in Sydney I posted my enquiry at 8am, this was 6am in WA and Corole was the first to respond; 15min after my enquiry!!
