Kim sold my property before it was even advertised. Communication was always good and I feel very comfortable discussing business with her and explaining my personal situation in regards to the reasons for the sale. I would highly recommend Kim for purchasing or selling property

Our parents had bought and sold through Maurice and Nicole in the past, and always told us to contact Maurice when the time came to sell their house. From the 1st phone call to Maurice needing advice for how to proceed, Maurice made the time to meet with me and answer questions. Maurice was able to meet all expectations in selling our parents home, from the beginning we felt confident with his market knowledge and ability to bring a buyer early in negotiations. He kept us informed throughout, and the sale went through without problems. Very satisfied, thankyou Maurice and Nicole.

We had read Kim Carter's reviews online, so we were expecting great service and outcomes—and she delivered in two key areas. First, she achieved a very pleasing result regarding the sale of our investment property. She clearly knew the market well, and we felt completely confident in her advice. She treated us as an equal, listened to our suggested actions, and even deferred to us at times to our benefit. She also made the whole process fun; we had some good laughs along the way. We would highly recommend her as a listing agent. Secondly, the reason we chose to sell with Kim was because of how wonderfully her property management team looked after our property for many years. The two standout personnel were Donna and James. Because of their thoroughness and professionalism at all times, our loyalty was locked in to Kim Carter as our listing agent. Carter Cooper Realty, Hervey Bay really is your one-stop shop for all your real estate needs!

Kim Carter and Brad worked hard to achieve a sale during this difficult and uncertain period of selling property. Every week over a longer than expected period she or Brad were in attendance at the property ensuring maximum exposure. They communicated regularly keeping us up to date with trends in the market and offered sound advice throughout. We would certainly recommend Carter Cooper agents to any prospective seller.
