We are very happy with the result of our sale and how Kim handled everything. There were 6 Townhouses within 100 meters of each other on the market. Ours was the last one on the market but the first one to sell thanks to Kim. Kim handled all the buyers enquires and negotiations with extreme professionalism, keeping us informed all the way. We had a quick outcome with an amazing price thanks to Kim. If you want the best, you have to use the best and Kim is definitely the best there is. We will recommend Kim to everyone we know, it’s nice to have an agent who is truely working for the vendor.
