Kim is very professional and her knowledge and expertise of the Hervey Bay market is spot on! We met with several realestate agents and Kim appraised our house to be similar to what we hoped to achieve. Unfortunately the market really slowed down just as we listed but Kim worked really hard and achieved a really good price. Steph was very warm & friendly, from the beginning. She was very accommodating & did everything she could to help us as we purchase the property online during the Christmas week. Her knowledge benefited us and she made sure there was enough time provided so we could do a thorough search of the property & give us time to speak with our conveyancer. Steph was willing to also accommodate my parents needs. They were moving into the downstairs unit but were away that Christmas week, Steph looked after them once they returned to Hervey Bay.
