After going thru an horrific experience whereby our seller, without notice or reason, refused us access to our house for 7 days after our initial settlement date, Kim took it upon herself to take on our case. She followed up to find out what the problem was and from then till we had access to our house, Kim kept us informed with timely updates. There were a few issues on entry to the house and these were fixed as we reported them. Thanks Kim, and Adrian.
