I met Maurice in a community support setting and we hit it off. Knowledgeable, good communicator, on time and personable he is the right person to sell your home. Maurice knows his facts and is prepared to keep his clients abreast of realty process updates and local realities. I could not have asked for a better outcome in the selling of our home. Delighted.

Maurice was a pleasure to work with. He was always readily available to chat about any questions or queries we may have had. He helped us through the whole process making sure we knew what we needed to do, by when and with whom. He was friendly, easy to get hold of on the phone or Email and helped us whenever needed.

This was not our first time using Jana! It was a pleasant and stress free experience. Jana had great knowledge of the local market and nothing was a bother, always going above and beyond, especially with the advertising of the property

As first time sellers Jana was great at helping us understand the process. She aggressively pursued the market and ultimately ended up delivering a sale price significantly higher than our initial expectations! We ended a cash buyer and a short settlement which suited us perfectly. She was also great at working around the needs of our young family with inspections.
