Being new to Hervey Bay and being how busy it is at the moment I had trouble securing 3rd parties for inspections and other process, Kim's knowledge and contacts with the industry was not only helpful , it saved the day as I was struggling to meet the deadlines for varies parts of the contract without have to ask for contract extension .
