We found Yana to be very professional, warm, friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend anybody to sell with Yana and Carter Cooper Realty and relax in the knowledge that your property's sale is in the best of hands. We found the Yana to be interested committed and motivated to get us the best price possible and nothing was ever too difficult for Yana.

Jana has great communication skills, and made the purchase of buying our new home as easy as it could possibly be. Moving interstate ,Jana followed up on every request ,and the sale went through without a hitch. Jana went over and beyond to help us in every way possible, . The warm and friendly personality, a beautiful person, some one to trust when either selling or buying a home. This is our forever home, however, I have recommended to friends who a currently selling to look no further .

Jana’s stand out asset was her ability to communicate. She would always liaise with us and she was continuing communication with our prospective buyers. She had a strong understanding of the market and when we were willing to lower our asking price, she encouraged us to hold strong, thankfully she did. Jana was able to secure a buyer for our asking price. Even contacting our buyers realestate agents who were selling their property, to make sure that all would go smoothly. She loved our property and showcased it well. She even gave great advice for the purchase of our next property which was through a different realestate agency. Will continue to highly recommend this gem!

I bought my first house in Hervey Bay in 2012 for my retirement which at the time was forward planning or I thought. The house was at Point Vernon two blocks to the Esplanade also a coffee shop on the way. As time rolled by and closer was retirement I decided the house was not for me to settle into long term. I decided to buy another house which was closer to amenties and this was when I first meet Maurice. I found Maurice a top first class gentleman. He was fair to both the (buyer & seller) and helped both parties to reach a great outcome. I was guided by Maurice as to pricing the house for the housing market. The first buyer offered $15,000 less than the market value I declined. Maurice suggested I take $9,000 off the market price the house sold immediately. In hind sight the housing market was booming and this was my first offer I could have hung in there to obtain the full amount that I was requesting for the house. I signed the contract to sell which was a win win for both parties.

Maurice and Nicole Ellis were highly professional and provided me answers to all my questions. They even continued to help after the settlement. I had great difficulty getting the electricity re-connected, and Maurice went out of his way to contact Ergon and organize the reconnection.
