This is the largest amount of purchase in my life. My family genuinely like this property and it makes us forget about our budget... I think this is all because of Sunny Lee's professional introduction. BTW, I think we have definitely paid more than the market value coz we don't wanna lose this opportunity. Sunny kept rasing and rasing our budght, and I don't even know how we are going to pay the home loan in the coming years. Anyway, thanks to Sunny and our persevere with the property, we finally have a dream house. 10 times of interest raise, we can't believe we still paid everything for a property in Australia. 12 days from listing to sale, incredible. Deb made the process very easy for us with her enthusiasm, professionalism and accurate advice. We received constant updates of what was happening and likely outcomes. The forecast outcomes were spot on, except she did not expect 103 groups to the open house.
