When we listed with Patrick we knew the property market had started to decline. We were worried that we had left it too late to get the land on the market. Patrick suggested we auction the land and do the auction online, that way weather would not impact the auction and the buyers would feel more comfortable bidding. We liked the idea of online as we thought it would be less pressured for us. The auction itself was great. There were almost 70 bids, and we sold for way over our reserve. Patirick's hard work really showed. Our sale price was even higher than we had expected before the market started to fall.
