From the very start of listing our property, Vicki was great. Vicki helped us with finding trades people to get our house ready and also organised styling at a very competive rate. Throughout the whole selling process, Vicki was always puntual and kept us updated. After each open home I received a comprehensive report of all the prospective buyers who had viewed the property. Vicki always was there to give advice and answer any qustions that I had. At no time did I feel 'pressured' to sell and Vicki waited until the perfect buyer came along who then ended up buying our house. Vicki even came around with a bottle of french champagne to help us celebrate the sale. I cannot speak more highly of the service we received from Vicki, it was exceptional. It was my first experience attending in an auction and Patrick made the process very smooth and less stressful! He explained everything about the process and stayed with us during the auction and never pushed us to bid but explaining the steps for us. Honestly , Catherine is an agent like no other ! We’ve dealt with agent who told us anything just to get the listing; Catherine was the opposite;! She didn’t sugarcoat anything , she was honest , forthright and explained in detail how the process was going to go, the trends in the market and a realistic expectation of an achievable price for our property . True to her word she was in constant contact to tell us how things were going , the interest she’d had and the feedback . Needless to say she sold the house at an excellent price, an amicable agreement which ourselves and the new buyers were very happy with . I could not recommend Catherine highly enough , she is the ultimately professional , a true find which is not always an easy thing to do in this profession!
