Honestly , Catherine is an agent like no other ! We’ve dealt with agent who told us anything just to get the listing; Catherine was the opposite;! She didn’t sugarcoat anything , she was honest , forthright and explained in detail how the process was going to go, the trends in the market and a realistic expectation of an achievable price for our property . When we listed with Patrick we knew the property market had started to decline. We were worried that we had left it too late to get the land on the market.
