More than a selling Agent, Nick was a "partner' in the sale of our house. Nick helped us prepare our house for sale, with suggestions on presentation and work needed and sourced the relevant professionals needed for the jobs. Anna was superb with the styling, the property looked amazing. Nick negotiated with the prospective buyers to obtain a better that expected sale price and then after the buyers building inspection, he found and organised for the relative tradespeople to come and rectify those issues identified in the building inspection.
