We highly recommend Lauri Curtain and the team at C & Co! We selected Lauri on the basis of a recommendation from a friend, and she exceeded our expectations. Our property was an unusual one, since we had three living units and three generations living in it. Plus some specific timing constraints. Lauri worked with us very professionally in setting out a plan and a time-table. My son and his wife worked closely with Lauri to ensure that all the activities we needed to do were completed on schedule. The home opens were well attended, and the offer we received was very favourable. Communiation with Lauri and her team was always clear and timely. Lauri was so helpful throughout the sale process. She was patient and offered wise counsel when there was an unexpected delay with the title being issued. Lauri really 'got' where I was coming from in terms of the kind of buyer I was looking for, which was super important to me.
