We interviewed 4 possible agents and Nick was most of all professional but actually came across as human! That is a big part of the sales reality when either buying a property or selling. Nick and the team were amazing when it came to helping us sell our house. He was insightful and forward thinking when it came to changes that could be made to ensure we could get the sale price we were hoping for. He helped us make sure we were investing in the important changes that would make the home warm, inviting and welcoming for a new family. The team also helped us stage the house and get it ready for the sale date. We were out of the country while the house was on the market and the easy communication channels and quick response times from Nick and team made the experience better. We bought our current house from Nick and C&CO and have now sold a house with them as well. Don't look elsewhere for real estate needs in the Fremantle area as C&CO are the best there is.
