From her dealings with her when she had sold my parents home to bumping into her as she visited my parents over the years in the new home to say hi, to bring the active member in the community that she was in the suburb i grew to love for it's community. From ringing Lauri to try engage her as my agent to the the day it settled she was on point, always available and made the process a breeze with no stress. More than happy to keep the process as simple as possible. My house managed to sell in its first week and for a price i couldn't be happier with.
